Hello and welcome to Big Booty Chocolates! All my delicious VEGAN treats are handcrafted , artisan, fair trade, gluten-free, organic and/or non-GMO, delectable, compassionate and unique. I make my own dark and white chocolate blends and combine them with all natural ingredients, certified vegan liqueurs, fruits, nuts, bone-char free sugar, flowers, food grade essential oils, superfoods and so much more.

My chocolates are unique in that I focus solely on the ganache (the truffle filling) making it the star and use a wide array of diverse coatings to form a delectable “shell” with a soft melt in your mouth core. I only use fair trade certified chocolate, cacao and cocoa butter which means that no child labor was involved in sourcing the products and that the farmer’s producing it were paid a fair wage.

My chocolates are compassionate in that no animal products whatsoever are used in my chocolates and they are 100% dairy free. Also, many of the ingredients I use complement the chocolate making it more delicious and also providing a synergetic and adaptogenic effect….in other words they make you feel good and help you get an additional boost of antioxidants with every bite. NOTE: Dark Chocolate (especially with a 72% or higher cacao content) is full of antioxidants, bioflavonoids and theobromine.

My business helps employ persons with disabilities. As a Recreation Therapist I know the value of structure, a sense of purpose and accomplishment and leisure enjoyment. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with support and employ them. I believe in inclusion, compassion and body positivity. In addition to being a Recreation Therapist, I am also a Vegan Chef and a person with lipedema. I know what it is like to have a disability and have compassion for animals and those of us that are different.
